2. Product features: Polyurethane waterproof coating (911) is a two-component curing reaction type waterproof coating. Component A is a prepolymer made by polymerizing polyether, isocyanate and other materials; component B is refined from various additives such as vulcanizing agent, catalyst, resin and so on. The components A and B are mixed and stirred evenly at a certain ratio, coated on the base surface, and after curing reaction, an integral and rubber-like elastic waterproof film is formed.

5. Construction points:
  5.1 Before construction, use a spatula and broom to shovel out the foreign objects such as protrusions and mortar lump on the surface of the base layer, and clean the dust and debris thoroughly. The corners of yin and yang, the roots of pipes, floor drains and drains should be carefully cleaned. If there is oil stain, rust, etc., use a wire brush, sandpaper and organic solvent to remove it completely.

  5.3 Construction:

  Primer: Brush on the base layer, the thickness is about 0.3mm. Brushing should be uniform, not too thick or too thin. The primer and brush must be dried and cured for more than 4h-8h before the next process can be carried out.
  The first coating construction: After the base coat is basically dry and cured, use a plastic or rubber scraper to scrape a layer of paint evenly. The requirements for coating are uniform and consistent. It should not be too thick or too thin. The coating thickness is generally about 0.6mm. should. When starting squeegee, according to the size, shape and environment of the construction area, uniformly consider the construction retreat and coating sequence.
  Construction of the second coating layer: After the first coating layer is cured for 4 hours, the second coating layer is scraped on the surface, the coating method is the same as the first coating layer. In order to ensure the quality of the waterproof project, the direction of the coating must be perpendicular to the direction of the coating of the first coating. The interval of recoating time is determined by the ambient temperature and the degree of curing of the coating film (which is not sticky to the touch) during the construction. It should generally not be less than 24h, and should not be greater than 48h.
5.4 Precautions
  a) The construction temperature should be above 5℃, and the construction environment should be maintained with air circulation.
  b) The materials after stirring and mixing should be used up within 20 minutes.
  c) When the consistency of component B is large (especially in winter), a small amount of diluent can be used to dilute and mix component B.
  d) The unused components A and B should be tightly sealed and stored again.
  e) When the coating construction is completed, the person is not allowed to step on it when it is not fully cured, otherwise it will damage the waterproof layer and affect the quality of the waterproof project.
  f) It is not suitable for construction in rainy, snowy or windy days, and avoid construction at high noon.
  g) Components A and B are packed in iron drums, which should be sealed during storage and placed in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight.

6. Reference dosage: When the thickness of the coating film is 1.5mm, the amount of coating per square meter is about 2.0-2.3kg/m2, which can be increased or decreased according to the thickness of the coating film.
7. Storage and transportation:
  7.1 During storage and transportation, products of different categories should be stacked separately. It is forbidden to approach the fire source, avoid the sun and rain, prevent collision, pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature 5℃~40℃.
  7.2 Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is at least six months from the date of production.
