2.   Usage:
2.1  It is used for sealing caulking of precast ribbed roof slab, ends of channel plate and perforated plate and gutter.
2.2  Caulking sealing of big board and metal wall plate.
2.3  Sealing of the expansion joint, construction joint and settlement joint of concrete track, lane, bridge and various buildings.

4.   Construction/Application Method:
4.1  Clear and Paint Adhesive Bitumen Primer: After the fine aggregate concrete or mortar in the crack is hardened and dry, please clear the laitance, dust and sundries and then the dust blower is used for cleaning. The clean groove is coated with one layer of adhesive bitumen primer and the painting should be uniform.
4.2  Filling: After the adhesive bitumen primer is dry completely, the scraper and scraper-trough conveyer are used for repeated coating of a small amount of paste on the two sides of the groove. The paste is filled in the crack for two times. Ensure tight bonding with the crack and full compression. Prevent gap between the paste and crack or air. The paste should be 3~5mm higher than the board, and arc-shaped, and cover the crack.
4.3  Coating:
A: The surface is coated with one layer of diluted paste (the ratio of paste to gasoline is 7:3), the painting width should be no more than 20-30mm to ensure tight sealing.
B: The caulking compound is covered with asphalt felt, glass cloth or cement mortar (if the cement mortar is used, the paste should be lower than the seam to keep a certain thickness of mortar).
5.   Packaging, Storage and Transportation:
The product is packaged in an iron drum, and is placed vertically during transportation. Keep away from fire. The ambient temperature should never be higher than 50°C.
